Victoria, originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, followed her passion for law to Tennessee, where she met her loving husband, Tyler. Together, they both earned their law degrees from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law. As proud parents to their son, Garland Wade, they decided to put down roots in Cookeville, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for their growing family.

Meet Rosalyn Roberts, an organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator at Beacon Legacy Group. Rosalyn brings a strong work ethic, dedication, and a focus on efficiency to the firm, ensuring that each client’s onboarding process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Before joining Beacon Legacy Group, Rosalyn gained valuable experience in the healthcare sector, working at a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company for four years. In her role, she handled accounts receivable and payable, managed billing and payments, and provided office support—skills that greatly enhanced her ability to multitask and prioritize client needs. Rosalyn’s time spent in customer service also sharpened her ability to build rapport and ensure clients feel supported at every step.

Rosalyn is a graduate of Volunteer State Community College, where she earned an Associate of Science in Business Management in 2022. She continued her education at Tennessee Tech University, graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Her education, combined with her practical experience, allows Rosalyn to offer exceptional service to clients and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.

In her role at Beacon Legacy Group, Rosalyn ensures that client intake is smooth, confidential, and compliant with all regulations. She collaborates with the marketing team to track performance metrics, contribute to lead generation, and convert leads into long-term clients. Rosalyn’s attention to detail and dedication to client service make her an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Rosalyn is known for being the funniest person in the room, always ready to brighten someone’s day with a laugh. She has a passion for cooking, even if her creations sometimes come out a little saltier than intended—but that’s all part of the fun! Whether she’s laughing with friends or experimenting in the kitchen, Rosalyn brings a lighthearted and positive energy to everything she does.

Meet Hannah Hydrick, a proud native of Sparta, Tennessee. Hannah Hydrick brings dedication, precision, and a warm personal touch to her role as Office Manager. Recently promoted from Elder Law Paralegal, Hannah’s keen attention to detail and natural organizational strengths make her an essential leader on our team.

Hannah earned her associate’s degree in health science from Volunteer State Community College and later completed her Paralegal Studies Certificate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her educational journey and career path have been guided by a passion for supporting families through the complex legal processes of estate planning and elder law.
 
Growing up in a family of public servants—her father a longtime athletic director and her grandfather a high school principal—Hannah developed a strong work ethic and deep sense of community early on.
 
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, Wyatt, and their new golden retriever puppy, Chip.
She finds balance through baking sweet treats, staying active, and savoring quality time with loved ones.

Meet June Ashby, a compassionate and detail-oriented individual hailing from the vibrant city of Memphis, Tennessee. June embarked on a path of academic and professional growth following her graduation from Harding Academy in 2011. In 2017, she proudly received her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication from Freed-Hardeman University, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors.

June, alongside her loving husband Carter, has found joy and fulfillment in calling Cookeville their home. Their shared appreciation for this welcoming community is evident in their decision to establish roots here.

Here, June thrives on assisting clients through the intricacies of estate planning. With genuine care and attention to detail, she delves into the unique aspects of each person’s life, unearthing their true wishes and desires. By working collaboratively, June and her clients build comprehensive plans that establish solid family traditions and nurture strong bonds.

Hailing from a strong academic background, Layla is currently a student at Tennessee Tech, where she is pursuing a degree in political science with a legal concentration, complemented by a history minor. She is set to graduate with her bachelor’s degree in just one year, building on the solid foundation of an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Chattanooga State.
 

Layla’s focus within the legal profession is in estate planning, where she plays a vital role in assisting with the drafting and preparation of key legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service make her an invaluable asset in the legal team. Layla’s passion for law extends beyond her current role—she is actively preparing for law school in the future, with the goal of expanding her knowledge and making an even greater impact in the legal field.

Meet Jennifer Holmes, a kind-hearted and detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal at Beacon Legacy Group. Jennifer Holmes is the go-to person for all things client care, legal coordination, and review meetings at Beacon Legacy Group. As a dedicated liaison between clients and the firm, she ensures estate plans are thoroughly reviewed and understood, making the process as smooth as possible. Whether she’s walking clients through their documents, resolving concerns, or running the LegalGen side of the firm, Jennifer plays a crucial role in keeping things moving forward. 

With 15 years of experience as both an estate planning and estate administration paralegal, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Before joining Beacon Legacy Group, she spent years navigating the complexities of estate law, helping families through some of life’s most important legal matters. 

Outside of work, Jennifer is a creative at heart, a potter who works with clay and a kiln, crafting many different unique pieces in her free time. She’s also an avid reader and hiker, always up for an adventure. And if that’s not interesting enough, she’s lived in Germany, used to shoot competitively, and is the proud owner of three snakes.

Unlike traditional law firms that stick to “the way it’s always been done,” Beacon is dynamic, forward-thinking, and unafraid to shake things up, which is a perfect match for Jennifer’s enthusiasm and fresh approach to estate planning. 

Meet Carter Kulik, our dedicated Signing Specialist at Beacon Legacy Group! As the final step in the estate planning process, Carter ensures that everything is in place so clients can walk away with confidence and peace of mind about their future. She is responsible for preparing and printing final documents for signings, overseeing signings, notarizing documents, and making sure everything runs smoothly on signing day. After signings, she files deeds for clients, assembles the final Estate Planning binder (the finished product), and ensures cases are properly closed—tying together all the hard work done by the firm. 

What Carter enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to interact with clients during one of the most meaningful moments in the estate planning process. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see the collaboration of the entire team come together, ensuring that families walk away with a solid plan for the future and true peace of mind.

Carter is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Tennessee Tech and will graduate in May 2025. With her strong background in organization and attention to detail, she plays a crucial role in delivering a smooth and seamless signing experience for every client.

Outside of work, Carter is passionate about coaching and judging competitive cheerleading, where she brings the same level of precision and leadership she applies in her role at Beacon Legacy Group. She also enjoys staying active through CrossFit, pushing herself to new levels both mentally and physically.

Meet Sydney Boggs, our Marketing Coordinator and one of the most driven and enthusiastic members of our team. She’s currently a senior Marketing major at Tennessee Technological University, set to graduate in Fall 2025. After graduation, Sydney plans to join us full-time and continue growing her career in marketing right here with us.

Sydney has always had a passion for creative communication, especially in social media strategy, branding and advertising. She thrives on learning, expanding her skills, and exploring new ways to connect with people through marketing. Her natural curiosity and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Sydney has loved working here at Beacon Legacy Group and is excited to see what the future holds for the company. She brings creativity, positivity, and a go-getter attitude to everything she does.
